Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead acquisitions, strategic investments, joint ventures, and other corporate transactions through the full lifecycle.
- 2Partner with Finance and Operations on deal strategy, execution, and post-closing integration.
- 3Support company fundraising efforts including diligence, financing documents, and coordination with outside counsel.
- 4Collaborate with Finance and People on equity programs including option and RSU grants, cap table management, and secondary transactions.
- 5Advise on global expansion efforts, corporate governance, entity work, and subsidiary formation.
