Role Responsibilities
- 1Identify opportunities where internal AI products can improve customer understanding across Figma
- 2Design clear, compelling experiences that help employees find customer evidence and make informed decisions
- 3Use AI tools to build and ship internal products, owning the work from initial concept through launch
- 4Ship focused versions early and improve them rapidly through feedback and attention to visual and interaction details
- 5Define a high quality bar for AI behavior, evidence quality, and usability, building evaluations that verify improvements
- 6Partner with Research, Design, Product, Engineering, and internal users to launch products and support adoption
