Role Responsibilities
- 1Validates parts lists compared to MSRP and inputs data into claims software for authorization
- 2Reviews maintenance record submissions against manufacturer requirements and documents findings
- 3Resolves inquiries from adjusters regarding parts and maintenance items
- 4Sources parts, submits inspections, receives reports, and monitors inspection status
- 5Collaborates with vendors, teammates, and internal stakeholders while handling multiple cases simultaneously
