Role Responsibilities
- 1Participate in daily support rituals including triage, ticket reviews, and incident handling
- 2Build support tooling and automation such as auto-triage scripts and internal playbooks
- 3Design observability dashboards and alerts using Sumo Logic, Jira, MySQL, and Honeycomb
- 4Utilize AI tools like Cursor, Claude, and Gemini to investigate issues and draft playbooks
- 5Partner with engineering to investigate production issues and identify root causes
