Role Responsibilities

  • 3Partner with Product and Engineering teams to reproduce defects and contribute code fixes via merge requests.
  • 4Develop and maintain technical documentation and internal troubleshooting tools.
  • 5Participate in rotating on-call shifts for emergency support of self-managed customer environments.
