Role Responsibilities
- 1Design and deliver live, hands-on workshops that build real product fluency
- 2Create enablement assets including tutorials, reference implementations, and best-practice guides
- 3Offer technical guidance and office hours to customer engineering teams
- 4Build internal agents and tools that streamline how the Enablement team operates
- 5Act as the voice of the customer inside LangChain by feeding friction points back to Product and Engineering
- 6Stay current on agent engineering practices and incorporate them into customer enablement materials
