Candidates should possess strong Kubernetes and cloud platform experience alongside 1+ years building production AI applications.
Individuals without production infrastructure, cloud deployment, and direct customer-facing technical experience should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, networking, and security
- 2Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm alongside multi-region HA/DR strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- 3Design multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph
- 4Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks, optimize prompts with A/B testing, and guide deployment and operations
- 5Lead technical maturity assessments and work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and present recommendations
- 6Partner closely with Engagement Managers, Product, and Engineering teams
