This is a senior, customer-facing technical role requiring 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Solutions Architect, Deployed Architect, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
The ideal candidate bridges infrastructure/platform engineering (Kubernetes, cloud, IaC) with modern AI agent development (LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph).
You will work directly with enterprise clients across the APAC region to ensure successful production adoption of LangChain's platform.
Candidates lacking enterprise infrastructure experience or hands-on AI/ML development background should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Design scalable, highly-available infrastructure for AI platform deployments including compute, storage, networking, and security.
- 2Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm alongside multi-region HA/DR strategies and CI/CD pipelines.
- 3Design multi-agent systems and implement agent logic using modern frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
- 4Design comprehensive evaluation frameworks and optimize prompts with A/B testing for production AI applications.
- 5Lead technical maturity assessments and work directly with enterprise customers to understand requirements and present technical recommendations.
