Role Responsibilities
- 1Assist in gathering, updating, and compiling weekly/monthly AFC operational performance metrics such as KPIs and SLAs.
- 2Support the preparation of routine performance packs, dashboards, and review presentations for leadership.
- 3Track operational workflows and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- 4Help maintain baseline workforce tracking files and schedule logs in collaboration with operational leads.
