Role Responsibilities
- 1Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of the team's book of business, ensuring workflow adoption, value realization, and renewal readiness.
- 2Coach Outcomes Architects on the OA builder motion including AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, and value reviews.
- 3Build and run the operating cadence for the team covering metrics reviews, account support sessions, call coaching, and forecasts.
- 4Hire, onboard, and certify new Outcomes Architects while managing team performance.
- 5Partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure smooth customer expansion and renewal readiness.
- 6Uphold operational excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs.
