Role Responsibilities
- 1Redesign cross-functional processes end to end, mapping and optimizing core flows for Foundations business teams.
- 2Architect multi-system workflows spanning Notion, Slack, email, support tooling, and internal systems with clear states, routing, permissions, and auditabi
- 3Design for failure, identifying edge cases, controls, and handoffs to ensure resilient and reviewable workflows.
- 4Embed AI with clear human-in-the-loop patterns, defining where AI assists, automates, approves, and audits.
- 5Build and maintain custom agents, structured skills, and runbooks that power intake triage, summarization, routing, escalation, and reporting.
- 6Instrument everything shipped by defining success metrics, measuring outcomes, and iterating based on data and stakeholder feedback.
