Role Responsibilities
- 1Execute end-to-end technical platform management, taxonomy, user permissioning, system health, and critical integrations with tools like Salesforce, Gong,
- 2Enforce governed content architecture, metadata standards, versioning control, and ownership structures within enablement tools.
- 3Monitor and configure search algorithms, AI prompt workflows, and content delivery mechanisms to support sellers in their daily workflow.
- 4Monitor, analyze, and report on platform health, content reuse, search queries, and adoption metrics for leadership.
- 5Collaborate with Global Enablement, GTM Ops, Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and IT to troubleshoot system friction and translate business needs into
