Business Operations Manager, Business Marketing
Recruiter Fit Breakdown & Candid Summary
This role is ideal for a quantitative operator with a background in FP&A or marketing operations who thrives in high-growth, matrixed organizations.
The position requires a 'front-office' mindset, meaning you must be deeply embedded with marketing teams rather than working in isolation.
Candidates should be comfortable navigating ambiguity, managing complex procurement lifecycles, and building automated workflows.
Those who prefer traditional, back-office administrative roles or lack experience with large-scale budget management will not be a good fit.
