Role Responsibilities
- 1Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Applied AI Architects.
- 2Partner with Sales leadership to prioritize accounts, allocate technical resources, and shape technical account plans.
- 3Serve as an executive technical sponsor for critical customer engagements and C-suite relationships.
- 4Oversee technical journeys spanning solution evaluation, enterprise governance, security, and production deployment.
- 5Translate field insights into actionable product and engineering feedback to influence OpenAI's roadmap.
