- 3Guide the team in hands-on customer engagements to design, build, and scale AI applications into production.
- 4Partner closely with Sales to prioritize technical engagement and drive customer growth.
- 5Serve as a senior technical partner and escalation point for priority customers and executive stakeholders.
- 6Represent the technical voice of customers to internal Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
