Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead, hire, manage, and mentor engineers and lab operations staff responsible for test infrastructure, automation, and release validation.
- 2Define validation strategy, release criteria, metrics, and escalation mechanisms across software, firmware, and hardware.
- 3Guide the development of automated test frameworks, hardware-in-the-loop systems, device orchestration, and developer tooling.
- 4Scale lab and fleet operations, ensuring large-scale device fleets and test rigs remain reliable and ready for engineering use.
- 5Partner closely with hardware, embedded systems, QA, reliability, and release teams to resolve cross-functional quality issues.
