Role Responsibilities
- 1Own the technical delivery plan for multiple interdependent work streams, creating roadmaps with milestones, dependencies, and acceptance criteria.
- 2Run day-to-day engineering execution across OpenAI FDE and customer teams to unblock progress and manage scope trade-offs.
- 3Embed with semiconductor customer teams to land production deployments and map workflows for RTL design, verification, and physical implementation.
- 4Shape production deployments that integrate with customer infrastructure, data systems, and engineering toolchains, including export-controlled environment
- 5Partner with Product and Research teams to ensure platform components and research work streams land on time.
- 6Codify solution patterns and evals, extracting reusable patterns and packaging field signals to improve models and products.
