Role Responsibilities
- 1Own complex, high-impact Ads Trust & Safety data and operational problem areas from scoping through execution.
- 2Improve recurring reporting and dashboards by defining meaningful metrics, surfacing trends and gaps, and translating insights into operational decisions.
- 3Lead budget and capacity planning by connecting demand, review volumes, service levels, quality, and risk signals to staffing and operating plans.
- 4Conduct project-based analyses across advertiser risk, enforcement performance, review quality, product launches, and operational health.
- 5Partner closely with Data Science and Data Engineering teams to define goals, metric logic, data requirements, and QA data strategy.
- 6Build and improve automations, AI-assisted workflows, and decision-support tools that reduce manual work.
