Outsourced is seeking a hands-on Solutions Developer to build and maintain React and TypeScript components for a PPM product on the Microsoft Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is an experienced frontend engineer who possesses deep working fluency with AI coding assistants and familiarity with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) or Dataverse.
This role is suited for self-starters who thrive in a remote, distributed team environment and take full ownership of their code from spec to release.
Developers lacking production React/TypeScript experience or genuine proficiency with AI development tools should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Build and maintain React and TypeScript components and interfaces for the PPM product from specification to release.
- 2Develop and maintain custom components for Power Apps using the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).
- 3Own code quality through testing, daily commits, and active participation in pull request reviews.
- 4Work within established DevOps processes, including Git version control, CI/CD pipelines, and Power Platform deployments.
- 5Utilize AI development tooling effectively across coding, testing, and documentation.
- 6Diagnose and fix software defects while participating in research, prototyping, and R&D activities.
