Role Responsibilities
- 1Own and maintain the core portfolio data set for PATRIZIA Infrastructure, covering financial, operational, ESG, and value creation plan data points.
- 2Run recurring portfolio data collection processes, including annual ESG data collection and quarterly portfolio updates.
- 3Work with investee companies to ensure complete, accurate, and timely data submissions and resolve data quality issues.
- 4Maintain structured reporting templates and data models supporting asset management, governance forums, and investor reporting.
- 5Produce portfolio-level analysis, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting outputs for senior stakeholders.
- 6Prepare regulatory ESG reporting and support ESG-related requests for proposals and due diligence questionnaires.
