Role Responsibilities
- 1Post-train SOTA LLMs using supervised and reinforcement learning techniques including SFT, DPO, and GRPO.
- 2Build robust and effective training frameworks on top of Megatron and PyTorch for post-training LLMs at scale.
- 3Own full-stack data, training, and evaluation pipelines required for model development.
- 4Turn research ideas into algorithms and run experiments to launch new models into products like Sonar, Comet, and Search.
- 5Collaborate across engineering and product teams to integrate models seamlessly into the platform.
