Role Responsibilities
- 1Investigate and resolve high-impact integration issues by writing and deploying maintainable, tested code.
- 2Prioritize incoming issues using a business-value-based model and scope impact on clients and users.
- 3Collaborate directly with external Data Partners and internal teams to diagnose and resolve integration problems.
- 4Participate in code reviews and own the integrations codebase.
- 5Handle internal escalations and meet best-effort SLAs on business-critical issues.
- 6Rotate through on-call duties to maintain integration uptime and occasionally build new integrations.
