Role Responsibilities
- 1Designing clear, intuitive experiences for customers navigating complex financial and technical workflows
- 2Collaborating closely with product managers and engineers from problem definition through implementation
- 3Understanding customer needs and using research and feedback to improve their experiences
- 4Producing polished UI, user flows, and interactive prototypes with thoughtful interactions, states, and edge cases
- 5Using qualitative and quantitative insights to inform iteration and evaluate outcomes
- 6Working with experienced designers, using and improving shared patterns, and contributing to critique and design reviews
