Executive Assistant
Recruiter Fit Breakdown & Candid Summary
This role is for high-agency professionals who view executive assistance as a strategic partnership rather than just administrative support.

Candidates who prefer strictly defined, repetitive tasks or lack experience in high-growth, fast-moving environments will not be a good fit.
The role requires a high degree of discretion and the ability to manage competing priorities for senior leaders in GTM, Finance, and Legal.
