Role Responsibilities
- 1Carry out first-line KYB reviews of business customers onboarding with Ramp's Swedish payment institution including company verification and UBO identifica
- 2Decide standard cases end to end, and escalate complex or higher-risk cases with a clear rationale
- 3Handle customer communications through onboarding including document requests, follow-ups, and status updates
- 4Resolve onboarding requirements from card-issuing and payments partners for EU customers
- 5Document decisions to a standard that holds up to second-line and regulatory review
- 6Improve workflows by building playbooks, templates, and utilizing AI-assisted tools
