Role Responsibilities

- 3Partner closely with Product, Design, and Infra teams to translate customer needs into thoughtful technical solutions and product roadmaps.
- 4Engage deeply in technical discussions, guiding system design decisions and helping the team navigate architectural tradeoffs.
- 5Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering practices and team processes.
- 6Ensure teams maintain a strong understanding of the developer experience and customer impact of the features they build.
