Role Responsibilities
- 1Rotate through roughly 5 distinct team assignments over an 18-month program across the Money and Growth organization
- 2Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and optimize business outcomes
- 3Structure and solve complex, ambiguous problems across product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs
- 4Partner with engineering, product, risk, and finance teams to execute key strategic initiatives and monitor program efficacy
- 5Develop analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to inform leadership decision-making
