Role Responsibilities
- 1Support critical business functions including monitoring order and execution health, blockchain network performance, and liquidity management
- 2Handle and troubleshoot complex customer escalations, supporting root-cause analysis and partnering with product teams to prioritize fixes
- 3Identify inefficiencies in operational processes and translate operational needs into product requirements
- 4Contribute to the design and enhancement of internal tools by providing feedback, testing new workflows, and partnering with engineering
- 5Support product launches and feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness and developing clear process documentation
