Role Responsibilities
- 1Review and investigate suspected fraudulent alerts using internal and external tools.
- 2Use data analysis and pattern detection to identify emerging fraud trends and detection methodologies.
- 3Communicate emerging fraud trends and findings to relevant stakeholders.
- 4Document the rationale and determination for each alert and submit referrals to other teams.
- 5Occasionally communicate with customers regarding active fraud investigations.
