Role Responsibilities

  • 1Review and investigate suspected fraudulent alerts using internal and external tools.
  • 2Use data analysis and pattern detection to identify emerging fraud trends and detection methodologies.
  • 3Communicate emerging fraud trends and findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • 4Document the rationale and determination for each alert and submit referrals to other teams.
  • 5Occasionally communicate with customers regarding active fraud investigations.
