This internship is tailored for current graduate students in quantitative fields who want to apply data science, AI, and predictive analytics to HR and workforce management.
Candidates will design data products, build automated pipelines with SQL and dbt, and analyze organizational health metrics under the mentorship of data scientists.
Ideal applicants possess strong programming skills in Python or R, robust SQL proficiency, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
Those not currently enrolled in an eligible graduate program or lacking foundational quantitative and coding skills should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Develop and refine predictive models to forecast workforce trends such as attrition risk and hiring velocity.
- 2Build and maintain automated data pipelines to transform raw people data into reliable, real-time insights using SQL and dbt.
- 3Support the design of scientifically-backed survey methodologies and employee listening strategies.
- 4Create high-fidelity visualizations and dashboards that translate complex organizational data into executive-ready insights.
- 5Collaborate on AI-driven workflows to automate the analysis and summarization of unstructured feedback and internal documentation.
- 6Ensure data integrity by defining metric dictionaries and maintaining a semantic layer for core People KPIs.
