Role Responsibilities
- 1Become a Sentry product expert and intimately understand customer usage patterns
- 2Own the Sentry University virtual learning platform, curriculum development, and user experience
- 3Create a comprehensive training strategy to accelerate customer time-to-value
- 4Build and operationalize an engaging certification program for customers, partners, and employees
- 5Design end-user training content for Customer Success Managers and Sales Engineers
- 6Develop KPIs to measure adoption and effectiveness of training programs
