Role Responsibilities
- 1Identify, assess and analyse improvement opportunities to support Change Delivery teams and other business stakeholders.
- 2Participate in leadership workshops focusing on planning and phasing transformation workstreams.
- 3Identify the most effective way to simplify ways of working, whether through AI, automation, business systems or process improvement.
- 4Assist with designing, prototyping and testing practical solutions to simplify processes and improve ways of working.
- 5Work collaboratively with Change Delivery teams and relevant stakeholders to implement practical solutions, supporting their successful adoption.
- 6Contribute to measuring outcomes, capturing benefits and iterating solutions through a test and learn approach.
