Role Responsibilities
- 1Own employee benefits and taxes forecasting by analyzing monthly variances, collaborating with accounting, and updating forecasts during monthly close.
- 2Consistently execute consolidated monthly reporting and planning processes, including Budget vs. Actual (BvA) analyses.
- 3Support the preparation of finance slides in the quarterly board presentation.
- 4Standardize and enhance reporting processes through collaboration with Corporate Systems and leveraging AI tools.
- 5Partner with the BI team to support the ongoing automation of key forecasting processes using internal platforms.
