Role Responsibilities
- 1Conduct in-depth technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand current environments and observability requirements.
- 2Tailor and deliver compelling product demonstrations and technical presentations showcasing the solution.
- 3Design, scope, and manage technical evaluations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) within customer environments.
- 4Partner closely with Account Executives as the technical subject matter expert throughout the sales cycle.
- 5Serve as the voice of the customer to Product Management and Engineering teams by providing capability feedback.
- 6Develop and maintain technical sales collateral, demo environments, presentations, and best practice guides.
