Role Responsibilities
- 1Plan, lead, and execute large-user migrations end-to-end, coordinating technical steps and managing grace periods.
- 2Run and interpret SQL/Hubble queries and build simple dashboards to track migration status and SLAs.
- 3Configure internal system queues for migration workflows and set routing and prioritization rules.
- 4Review KYC/KYB documents and make verification decisions for onboarding and exception cases.
- 5Communicate with account teams, vendors, and external users, leading status calls and escalating approvals.
- 6Troubleshoot live issues, participate in incident response, and maintain project documentation and runbooks.
