Role Responsibilities
- 1Hire, onboard, and mentor a team of Technical Account Managers to ensure proactive technical partnership.
- 2Define and manage the global coverage model for over $33M ARR across named and partner-mapped accounts.
- 3Develop and maintain repeatable playbooks for account health, technical optimization, and escalation management.
- 4Provide high-level oversight on architecture validation, onboarding milestones, and proactive risk mitigation.
- 5Act as the primary escalation point for complex, high-impact customer issues and major incidents.
