Role Responsibilities
- 1Analyse employee survey data to gather valuable insights on employee engagement and identify areas for improvement.
- 2Contribute to high-quality PowerPoint presentations that present key findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and compelling way.
- 3Conduct academic research to support the validity of our survey methodologies across People, Places and Culture.
- 4Improve and maintain our portfolio of employee surveys and dashboards in Qualtrics.
- 5Help introduce new, small-scale AI practices for the Employee Engagement & Analytics team (e.g. build a prompt library).
- 6Create simple branding & marketing materials to increase awareness of end-to-end employee survey portfolio among key stakeholders.
