Vanta is seeking a Director of Product Design to lead design strategy and execution for a net-new AI-centric workflow builder within the Third-Party Risk Management team.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned design leader with 10+ years of digital product design experience and 4+ years managing product designers in enterprise B2B SaaS environments.
You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to simplify complex risk management workflows and scale customer impact for enterprise use cases.
Candidates who lack experience designing complex data-rich products or leading design teams at the director level should not apply.
Role Responsibilities
- 1Set the vision and design strategy for Vanta’s Risk product area and AI-powered workflows.
- 2Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers while fostering a culture of craft and customer obsession.
- 3Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Research, Content Design, and Go-to-Market teams to shape strategy and deliver cohesive experiences.
- 4Translate complex risk management workflows into intuitive, scalable experiences for enterprise stakeholders.
- 5Guide the design of enterprise-grade risk registers, dashboards, reporting experiences, and workflows.
- 6Define and measure the impact of design through customer outcomes, product adoption, usability, and business results.
