Role Responsibilities
- 1Own the design and multi-quarter delivery of Vanta's enterprise org model, including hierarchical product lines, business units, and data isolation.
- 2Define and evolve core platform abstractions to solve complex, diverse enterprise requirements for the general case.
- 3Design safe migration paths and incremental delivery sequences to retrofit a live production system toward a multi-tenant structure.
- 4Carve out and ship meaningful customer value each quarter while engaging directly with enterprise customers.
- 5Drive execution and build technical alignment across squads outside your direct area.
- 6Partner with Engineering leadership, Product, and Design to translate long-term enterprise vision into phased work.
