Role Responsibilities
- 1Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant impact to the government product line.
- 2Lead the design and build of net-new product capabilities and core compliance workflow features for government vendors and agencies.
- 3Partner with adjacent engineering teams on shared infrastructure and tagging systems that underpin government-specific compliance workflows.
- 4Drive technical initiatives across engineering, product, and go-to-market to translate ambiguous early-stage requirements into scalable solutions.
- 5Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture as the company scales.
