Recruiter Fit Breakdown & Candid Summary

1

Ideal candidates are seasoned distributed systems and data platform engineers with a strong track record of leading complex, multi-team architecture migrations without downtime.

  • 2Drive solutions across dependent teams and set architectural direction for streaming infrastructure, caching layers, and persistent storage.
  • 3Design for correctness under eventual consistency with idempotent session handling, conditional writes, and backpressure mechanisms.
  • 4Evolve Vanta's data ingestion and pipeline architecture for reliable, high-throughput processing of terabyte-scale data streams.
  • 5Scale and productize the Query API with schema versioning, per-tenant isolation, and predictable latency under load.
